PROGRESS UPDATE - Stage 1 'Preparatory' funding secured for early 2026

20 December 2025: More information to follow in January, but we are delighted to report that we have secured funding to allow a major business planning and viability assessment to be carried out.

Thanks to The Haven Community Inn team for their hard work preparing and submitting the bid for this Stage 1 'Preparatory' funding.

In the first Quarter of 2026, we'll be working with the Community and with a team of consultants to look at the opportunities that the Community Inn will open up. In this, we'll be building on the body of work done to date including (and critically) our community consultation activity.

We will need more support from you - your comments, feedback, suggestions and advice. There's lots to be done and lots to be gained. More information to follow in January.
